By booking an appointment, consultation, or treatment with Yordana Aesthetics, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. These terms apply to all services, treatments, consultations, packages, and interactions with the clinic.
2.1 Appointments may be booked online, via phone, or email.
2.2 To cancel or reschedule an appointment, you must notify us at spaska@yordana.co.nz with at least 48 hours' notice.
2.3 The following cancellation fees apply:

2.5 Rescheduling within 48 hours is considered a late cancellation and will incur the same fees.
2.6 Invoices for cancellation or no-show fees must be paid within 7 working days.
2.7 Late arrival may result in reduced treatment time or forfeiture of the appointment, at the clinic's discretion.
2.8 Repeated cancellations or no-shows may result in refusal of future bookings.
3.1 All prices are listed in NZD and may be updated without notice.
3.2 A non-refundable deposit may be required to secure your booking. Deposits are not redeemable for cash and will be forfeited for late cancellations or no-shows.
3.3 Payment is required in full prior to or at the time of treatment unless otherwise agreed.
3.4 Once a treatment has been performed, no refunds will be issued, except where required by law.
3.5 Treatment packages must be paid in full prior to the first session and used within 24 months of purchase unless otherwise stated.
3.6 Packages are non-refundable and non-transferable.
3.7 We accept major credit and debit cards. A 2% surcharge applies to credit card payments.
4.1 All treatments are elective and results may vary between individuals.
4.2 You must disclose all relevant medical history, conditions, allergies, medications, pregnancy status, and previous aesthetic treatments prior to treatment.
4.3 Failure to disclose relevant information may increase risk and void any liability on the part of Yordana Aesthetics.
4.4 We do not guarantee specific results. Outcomes depend on individual anatomy, lifestyle, and biological response.
4.5 Treatment suitability is determined at the clinician's discretion. We reserve the right to refuse or postpone treatment where it is deemed clinically inappropriate or unsafe.
Nothing in these Terms and Conditions limits your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 where applicable. However, due to the personalised and biological nature of aesthetic treatments, outcomes cannot be guaranteed.
6.1 CCTV cameras operate throughout the clinic, including treatment rooms, to ensure safety, accountability, and clinical documentation.

9.1 All treatments carry inherent risks, including but not limited to bruising, swelling, asymmetry, infection, or delayed response.
9.2 You agree to follow all post-treatment care instructions provided.
9.3 Failure to follow aftercare advice may compromise results and void liability.
9.4 Touch-ups or additional treatments may be required at additional cost.
