Avoid alcohol for at least 24 hours prior, and limit caffeine on the day of treatment. If medically appropriate, pause blood-thinning medications or supplements for three days beforehand.
Avoid advanced facial treatments like chemical peels or IPL for two weeks prior. As Structura works in deeper layers, dental treatments should be avoided for two weeks before and after.
